Rey­ahn is a cul­tu­re con­sul­tant and has been part-time Exe­cu­ti­ve Direc­tor of The Exhi­bi­ti­ons Group sin­ce 2023. During her time at The Exhi­bi­ti­ons Group the orga­ni­sa­ti­on has gai­ned Gal­lery Cli­ma­te Coali­ti­on mem­ber­ship and code­ve­lo­ped a valuable tool to sup­port exhi­bi­ti­on makers to be more envi­ron­men­tal­ly fri­end­ly, the Rethin­king Tou­ring Exhi­bi­ti­ons Tool­kit. Rey­ahn has published rese­arch com­mis­sio­ned by Arts Coun­cil Eng­land and The Exhi­bi­ti­ons Group on The Car­bon Impacts of Inter­na­tio­nal Len­ding and Bor­ro­wing and trai­ned as a Car­bon Lite­ra­te trai­ner.
Rey­ahn is a Trus­tee of the Scot­tish Muse­um of Empire, Slavery, Colo­nia­lism and Migra­ti­on and a Fel­low of the UK Muse­ums Asso­cia­ti­on.
